“The story behind the cake is I was homeless growing up because my mom was mentally ill and passing a church every day in New York and dreamt of one day owning one a Tiffany lamp. After I left culinary school in Seattle I went travelling but I always had that dream to own, I now own a home but still do not have one, so this is my ode to one day owning one. Its my stained glass handprinted cake.
