31. Nacho Average Daddy Cake by Uniquely Yours Cake Designs
“This enormous cake was made using my Uniquely Yours Cake Designs chocolate cake and buttercream icing. Everything you see is edible on this cake! The outer “chips” were made using a flat fry bread layer placed just so to look like a mound of yummy nacho chips! The cheese on this cake was made using freshly made modeling chocolate that was grated and lightly melted with a dessert torch. The “beans” were made using Dr. Pepper jelly beans and the black olives were made using black candy sliced and a small hole cut out of each piece.The red papers were made using red jelly candies and the “guacamole” was made using my buttercream. This cake took hours to make, a great deal of planning and a lot of research!
