“Every child in us would love to visit a Disney land. We had a privilege to take Disney Cruise just before a week of my twins birthday. My twins were mesmerized by meeting all the Disney characters and hence encouraged me to make this cake with two flavors ( butterscotch for ship and mocha for Disney globe) With the limited time here was the best depiction of Castaway Cay n cruise parked at beach. Everything on the board is edible. All characters are fondant made, cut n paint. Cruise is filled and covered with whipped cream. ” – Deepa Gheewala
