I only bake for hobby. And I love it❤ I have a friend who is Boss for a Polaris Snowmobile shop.  And they work together with the Company destination 71 degress North. They have a 10 years anniversary and my friend ask me to make a cake for them to celebrate. And he want me to make the last model of polaris snowmoile 800 series in sugarpaste. The snowmobile was 28 cm long and its made piece by piece cutting with a scalpell totally in sugarpaste. The cake was made in 2015.

Thank you and I couldn’t be more happier for the win 🙂 as that cake was a tough one to do as it was to celebrate birthday of Twins. The idea was given by the Event Planner and this comprised of two project in 2 part put together at the venue. Cakes were Choco Vanilla and Red Velvet and the Rainbow was done out of White Chocolate and Fondant. The base where the cakes lay were all piped in Buttercream plus it had a flowing river which was done of Piping Gel. The Balloon and Fountain were all edible. This was a big project that almost numb my fingers for days but it was all worth it when I saw how happy the gals were to have their cake put together at the venue in front of them. It as fun and i was proud of it.
